About Us

Peter has over 40 years experience in the finance industry. He started his career in 1980 with Highland Finance before setting up his own finance brokerage in 1994. Since then, Peter has gained valuable knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by both agricultural and non-agricultural businesses - giving him a unique expertise in matching the right finance products with each client.

Peter has his own appreciation of agriculture, having attended agricultural college. He also comes from a faming family and has a keen interest things related to agriculture.

Peter is married to Karen, together they have 4 grown up children and 6 grandchildren.

Phillip joined Alexander Asset Finance in 2018. He is no stranger to farming and has a keen interest in the industry. Phillip studied farm management at Greenmount followed by food technology at Loughry College and has recently completed a diploma in Asset Finance through the Finance & Leasing association.

Since joining the family business Phillip is keen to use the experience he has gained in the asset finance industry to expand opportunities for Alexander Asset Finance in non-agricultural business finance.

Phillip and his wife Janna have 4 children.
